Adult Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling
Whether you're looking to lose weight, build self-confidence, make new friends, or become a world champion, PCGA has your back. Our adult program includes techniques from Jiu-Jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling, MMA, grappling and more. Led by the best black belt instructors around, there is a wealth of knowledge for you to soak in.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling
Our kids PCGA program teaches children ages 3 & up to become champions both on and off the mats. Classes run year round and students are split up my age and skill level. We keep it fast paced, fun, and practical.
